The grapes, harvested after complete ripeness in the middle of October, used to make this Chianti Superiore DOCG are grown on Caterina Palma's tiny 3-hectare vineyard.
The low yield, hence the 'Superiore' classification, and vinification that takes place in steel tanks creates a gem of a Chianti.
While still bright and lively with the cherry characteristics of the Sangiovese grape, it shows a nice complexity and a lovely structure.

If the goods in your parcel arrive damaged or were not what you ordered please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. In the case of damaged goods please include a photo when you get in touch with us.
Where necessary, we will arrange for a refund, including delivery costs, or a replacement to be sent out. If goods need to be returned to us we will arrange for collection at our expense.
