This beautiful looking cow's cheese has been aged in Raboso wine giving a light spicy and winey note to this cheese.
During maturation, the rind is washed in the wine, which gives it its deep purple colour. For added elegance and flavour the cheese is also matured along with the crushed grapes used to make the Raboso wine.
Ingredients: Cow's milk, salt, rennet, egg white lysozyme, Raboso wine and marc

Where necessary, we will arrange for a refund, including delivery costs, or a replacement to be sent out. If goods need to be returned to us we will arrange for collection at our expense.
