Made using raw, full cream cow's milk from Lombardy and seasoned in pinewood crates for 50 to 60 days. There's an aroma of yeast and hay and a creamy, slightly nutty taste. The cheese immediately beneath the pinky-orange rind is soft and creamy then takes on a slightly firmer texture towards the middle.
This Taleggio is perfect for your cheese board or on pizza and crostini and makes a great fondue.
If the goods in your parcel arrive damaged or were not what you ordered please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. In the case of damaged goods please include a photo when you get in touch with us.
Where necessary, we will arrange for a refund, including delivery costs, or a replacement to be sent out. If goods need to be returned to us we will arrange for collection at our expense.
