Pancetta is commonly known as Italian bacon. Often used as the base for Carbonara pasta, pancetta is a cured meat that can also be eaten as a cold cut on a cured meat platter or in sandwiches.
This pancetta is hand made in the Tuscan hills of Maremma by a small family-run producer. The lovely marbling and traditional curing process allow great flavours to develop: sweetness and saltiness combine with gentle peppery notes.
If you would like your pancetta sliced thin so that it can be eaten as an aperitif please select '100g sliced' in the dropdown box when adding to your basket. Otherwise, select '100g whole' and you'll receive your pancetta in a thick slice that can be diced up at home for cooking.
If the goods in your parcel arrive damaged or were not what you ordered please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. In the case of damaged goods please include a photo when you get in touch with us.
Where necessary, we will arrange for a refund, including delivery costs, or a replacement to be sent out. If goods need to be returned to us we will arrange for collection at our expense.
