Verdicchio is a traditional Italian grape grown almost exclusively in the Marche region. This is a versatile grape and, based on its growing location, produces a wide range of wines from easy to drink to more complex wines with ageing potential. Typically, Verdicchio wines are high in acidity, fresh with district citrus notes, but sweeter flavours can develop with ageing.
