Bombino Bianco

Bombino Bianco, perhaps more synonymous with overcropped and under flavoured blended wines from the 1960s and 1970s, deserves more credit than it currently receives. Once nicknamed Pagadebit (the debt payer) due to its generous yields, growers, like Cantina La Marchese, that aim for quality rather than quantity, are producing good quality, fragrant wines.
