This is one of the best expressions of the Orvieto appellation.
It's obtained by selecting the best Grechetto, Procanico, and Chardonnay grapes. The musts ferment separately in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks.
A small proportion of the Grechetto must is fermented in oak barriques and everything is then blended together.
The wine remains on the lees until it is bottled on March/April.
This is a well structured, elegant wine with hints of yellow flowers, grapefruit, nice minerality and good acidity.
