Passerina Brut 'Bakan', Torri Cantine

A sparkling white with fine bubbles a straw yellow colour and green reflections. This wine has hints of spring blossoms, fresh fruit and a touch of minerality with a light body, good structure with a well balanced acidity and a soft finish.

Perfect as an aperitif, the Falanghina del Sannio Brut DOP also goes very well with typical Mediterranean dishes, seafood and grilled fish.

Pecorino d'Abruzzo DOC '420' Torri Cantine, 2018

Torri Cantine's remarkable organic Pecorino d'Abruzzo DOC is pale yellow in colour with golden reflexes. It's bouquet of summer flowers and ripe yellow fruits always delights the senses. The flavour is fresh and rich in minerality with a long persistence.

Chardonnay Bio 'Kylix', Kerinos, 2018

The Kylix is a medium dry white wine made from organic Chardonnay grapes from Puglia.

Golden in colour, this wine has aromas of peaches, orange blossoms and pineapples.

Candied lemon peels, pears and passion fruit distinct flavours are accompanied by a well balanced minerality for a fresh and crips finish.

Gavi di Gavi DOCG 'Zerbo', Il Rocchin, 2017

This Gavi di Gavi is pale yellow in colour and has perfumes of oranges, passion fruit and honeysuckle.

This wine is light with prominent citrus fruits flavours with hints of sherry and honey for a crisp, dry finish.

Müller Thurgau DOC, Rottensteiner, 2018

With Riesling and Chasselas as it's parents the Müller Thurgau DOC has notable characteristics with an elegant aroma and flowery notes of elder and a spicy muscatel.

Sauvignon IGT Venezia Giulia, Talis, 2018

This Sauvignon IGT Venezia Giulia is fresh and lively with a lingering finish and is beautifully balanced with distinctive, fresh aromas.

Orvieto Classico Superiore DOC 'Panata', Argillae, 2017

This is one of the best expressions of the Orvieto appellation.

It's obtained by selecting the best Grechetto, Procanico, and Chardonnay grapes. The musts ferment separately in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks.

A small proportion of the Grechetto must is fermented in oak barriques and everything is then blended together.

The wine remains on the lees until it is bottled on March/April.

This is a well structured, elegant wine with hints of yellow flowers, grapefruit, nice minerality and good acidity.
